Apple-who?
Heya! My name is Douglas Appleman, and I'm a singer-songwriter from Cambridge, Massachusetts. I make keyboard-driven pop and alternative music. I began releasing music as a solo artist in 2023, and have been performing locally in the Boston area since!
I played in local Boston rock bands early on in my teenage years. By college, I decided to step away from performing for a couple of years to focus on my academics, but after realizing how much I missed it, I returned to music with a renewed fervor! I continued playing in local bands through 2022, including up-and-coming prog band Sunset Mission, before deciding to start releasing and performing music on my own!
I plan to release an EP of never-before-heard original music in the Spring of 2026! I will be playing a couple of shows in promotion of it in and around the Boston area over the next few months. If you want to learn more about my plans moving forward, subscribe to my email list!
